2. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes provided are estimates based on the information and specifications available at the time and may be subject to change if project scope, site conditions or materials change once work commences.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of issue, or 30 days if no period is specified.
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Bookings and Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed upon written or verbal agreement between the customer and Brisbane & Gold Coast Tiling.
• Scheduling may be affected by weather, site access, supply delays or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any changes to timing as early as possible.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover materials ordered or time reserved.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting and may include a deposit, progress payments, or payment on completion, depending on the size and nature of the project.
• Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur interest or additional fees as permitted by law.

5. Materials and Tile Selection

• Where the customer supplies their own tiles or materials, Brisbane & Gold Coast Tiling is not responsible for defects, shortages or unsuitability of those materials.
• Where we source tiles or materials on the customer’s behalf, we will confirm selections and quantities with the customer before purchase.

6. Workmanship and Warranty

• All tiling work is carried out to a professional standard in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, including AS3740 for waterproofing where applicable.
• We provide a workmanship warranty on completed tiling work, the details of which will be confirmed in writing at the completion of your project.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural movement, water damage unrelated to our workmanship, or work carried out by other parties after project completion.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is reasonably accessible and safe for work to be carried out.
• Customers are responsible for advising us of any known issues with the site, substrate or existing structure that may affect the work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brisbane & Gold Coast Tiling’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services resupplied. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Brisbane & Gold Coast Tiling and may not be reproduced without permission.
